Terrorists murdered a man in Jammu and Kashmir’s Budgam area on Thursday in what looked to be another targeted strike. Rahul Bhat, a Kashmiri Pandit, was shot in the Tehsildar’s office in Chadoora. He was seriously injured and was taken to a nearby hospital, where he died from his injuries.
According to police, two terrorists stormed into the government office and shot Mr Bhat, an employee, at point-blank range.
