In a fire at a scrap yard in Hyderabad, eleven migrant workers were killed.

A tragic fire in Bhoiguda’s Bansilalpet killed 11 people in the early hours of Wednesday.

According to fire officials, two adjacent godowns were engulfed in flames. “The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.” Some claim a short circuit occurred, while others claim a massive smash occurred at 3:30 p.m. “We had to put out the fire for hours,” said a fire official.

The entire godown caught fire as a result of the presence of sawdust, trapping workers who were sleeping within. It took the fire department about an hour to bring the situation under control.
