On Friday, the Salem Railway Division held a safety awareness drive at the Salem railway junction to raise public knowledge regarding the usage of train alarm chains.
Officials from the Salem Division’s Divisional Safety Branch and students from a private college held an awareness protest on the junction grounds, holding signs encouraging the public not to pull train alarm chains needlessly.
