On Wednesday, more than 100 postgraduate professors protested over the assignment of paper valuation centres for board exams far from home. On Rajaji Road, they organized a demonstration in front of a government-funded school. For a time, they also boycotted the valuation.
The evaluators stated that they had to drive more than 45 to 60 kilometers from their education district to the valuation center and requested that they be assigned to centers in close proximity.
