The Queen of Denmark, Margrethe II, greeted PM Modi warmly in Copenhagen. At the famous Amalienborg Palace, PM Modi also visited members of the royal family. PM Modi tweeted: In Copenhagen, I met Her Majesty, Queen Margrethe II of the Kingdom of Denmark.
PM Modi also dined at the palace with the Queen of Denmark. On the second day of PM Modi’s tour to Europe, the ceremonial dinner was the last event on the itinerary. PM Modi expressed gratitude to Queen Margrethe II of Denmark for her gracious welcome and hospitality.
