Russia detects its first case of Monkeypox.

Russia has detected its first Monkeypox virus on Tuesday. A young man has been detected with Monkeypox who has returned from a trip to several European nations.

The infection was found after he returned from the trip from Europe. The health watchdog Rospotrebnadzor said in a statement that he had gone to a medical facility with rash-like symptoms.

He has been isolated in the hospital as he had a mild form of the disease. The persons he was in contact with are being monitored said the statement.
