
The Tamil Nadu government has withdrawn its notification issued under the Tamil Nadu Public Health Act, 1939, to ensure that all registered offices were occupied by personnel vaccinated against COVID-19, citing a drop in new COVID-19 cases – Chennai recorded just nine new infections on Sunday.
The November 18, 2021 notification was withdrawn by the Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine.
