
An unlicensed newspaper containing Hindutva propaganda was issued to passengers on board the Bangalore-Chennai Shatabdi Express on Friday, prompting an investigation by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation.
The newspaper – The Aryavarth Express – was spotted on “every other seat” in the train, according to a passenger who tweeted about it.
