At a gathering of the newly elected MLAs of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday, Yogi Adityanath will be formally elected as the legislature party’s leader.
According to party sources, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, who has been nominated as an observer for Uttar Pradesh, and co-observer and former Chief Minister of Jharkhand Raghubar Das will attend the meeting, which will be held at Lok Bhawan.
